My Philosophy
My aim is to support students in their education and their personal development. I see my role as their tutor, who helps them to develop their potential and specific talents and skills to the full.
Through my teaching, I want to inspire and motivate students to further studies. My key to this is that I show and pass my academic enthusiasm for the subject on to the students. The interest in the natural sciences and in the technology must be awakened and encouraged at an early age. For me it is of particular importance to reach those children who otherwise have little contact to university and research. |
